The Main Tent is effected by the outside weather. Be mindful and prepare accordingly.
You want to be sure to drink BEFORE you get to the studio and workout. Cold water cooler available at studio.
Please bring one!
Eat a light meal before your class and pack a snack for after.
Wear comfy, stretchy clothing that does not restrict your movement and refrain from clothing with zips. Leggings (or tights) that cover the back of knees is highly recommended, as well as a tight fitting top.
Socks are optional but we advise classes are done barefoot to avoid slipping on mats. Please remove all jewelry (no rings, bangles or hoop like earrings) watches and tie long hair up.
One side of our studio is completely open for fresh air during classes. Perfect for the fall season!
