Refund Policy for Aerial Classes
We value your commitment to aerial arts and aim to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness for all students. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Class Cards (4-Class and 8-Class)
- Unused Class Cards:
Refunds are available for unused class cards within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, class cards are non-refundable.
- Partially Used Class Cards:
- Refunds for partially used class cards will be prorated based on the number of classes attended, minus a $10 administrative fee.
- For example, if you purchased an 8-class card and attended 3 classes, the refund will be calculated based on the remaining value of the unused 5 classes.
- Expiration:
- Class cards are valid for60 days from the date of purchase. Expired class cards are non-refundable.
- Extensions may be granted for valid reasons, such as injury, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, if requested before the expiration date.
2. Unlimited Class Passes
- Unused Unlimited Passes:
Refunds are available for unused unlimited passes within 7 days of purchase. After this period, they are non-refundable.
- Early Cancellation:
For students unable to attend due to valid reasons (e.g., injury or relocation), a prorated refund will be offered for the remaining duration of the pass, minus a $20 administrative fee.
3. Missed Classes
- Missed classes are non-refundable. However, students are encouraged to attend make-up classes during their class card validity period if space allows. Make-up class scheduling is subject to instructor approval and class availability.
4. Studio Cancellations
If the studio cancels a scheduled class (due to weather, staffing, or other reasons), affected students will receive:
- A class credit added to their account, OR
- A prorated refund for the canceled class, upon request.
This applies only to the value of the canceled class and does not affect the refund eligibility of the full class card or pass.
5. Workshops and Private Lessons
- Workshops:
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
- Private Lessons:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations are non-refundable.
- If the instructor cancels, students will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
